![]() BIA Member Adam Gallagher has been nominated to serve on the Board of the Louisville Affordable Housing Trust Fund (LAHTF). Adam is a registered builder with the BIA, and oversees the completion of Building Projects at Architectural Builders. Adam has become very active with the BIA, and has previously served on our Board of Directors. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and has experience starting and running several businesses – from a barter organization to a floral business to a Spanish Language Center. The Louisville Metro Affordable Housing Trust Fund (LAHTF) was created by Metro Council as a way for Louisville to invest additional local public funds to address the affordable housing shortage for individuals such as working families, seniors, people with disabilities, veterans or others whose wages are not enough to maintain a stable place to live. A place to call home opens the door to opportunity and the whole community does better when everyone has a decent place to call home.
