Group Health Insurance - BIA has a group insurance plan which offers quality health insurance for members and their employees at extremely competitive rates. (If you have 2 or more employees.)
Workers Compensation - BIA members may qualify to participate in the AGC-SIF, a Workers Compensation self-insured fund. If you qualify, this program can easily offset the cost of annual dues.

Membership in the HBAK - Every member of BIA is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Kentucky (HBAK). HBAK is heavily involved in all state legislative matters that affect the building industry and lobby on its behalf to ensure that the housing industry remains strong.
Membership in the National Association - All BIA members are automatically members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). NAHB is one of the largest professional trade organizations in the world, with more than 200,000 members. The NAHB represents the entire spectrum of services, contractors, and suppliers who have an impact on the construction industry.
